Established in 2010, CleftClips is a comedy production company that focuses on creative, innovative, and entertaining work. Ultimately, we’re all about comedy. We’re driven by comedians, laughs, and experiences. We're lucky to be in the business of sharing laughter.
Plus, we know whatever "it" means when referring to comedy. Theoretically.
JOEL MANDELKORN

Passionate about comedy and film, Joel loves to collaborate with creatives and dig in on all things development. He’s a veteran live event producer with a knack for adding creativity to and elevating production to audience engagement and artist/client liaison partnerships.
Originally from Virginia Beach, now based out of Los Angeles.
MANDEE JOHNSON
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER / PHOTOGRAPHER
Indiana native Mandee honed her creativity through childhood adventures and her father's camera. She blends her production and photography skills, adding a creative touch to all collaborations. As a seasoned producer, she enhances artist partnerships and engagement, infusing every project with laughter and innovation.
Her coffee table book is Super Serious.

Steve (aka SAL) jumped into the comedy world with no spare tanks of air, fueled by his enjoyment of films, laughter, and good food.
A unique blend of producer, writer, and good guy sets him apart from the masses. He thrives in physical production and fostering audience and artist experiences.
He currently resides in NYC, making him our one-man East Coast division.
